We deliver to mainland UK using either Royal Mail first or second class signed for post. All packages are priced according to weight and size of items included. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Orders have a 3-7 working day turnaround. We accept no responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address so please ensure you have given us the correct postal details. Please supply us with a contact email or telephone number, as a point of contact for you in case of any issues. All personal details are not stored for any other purpose than for the duration of the order process, and will not be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise stated by you. If you have any special delivery notes please let us know to help us deliver your parcel. Don’t forget you can order a gift online to be posted direct to your loved one. Just enter the shipping address of where you would like it to be sent along with the name of the receiver at checkout. Please do let us know if your order is a gift so that we can ensure no order details or prices are included in the parcel.

Shipping During COVID-19 Pandemic

From the Guluzar team, we hope you are all keeping well and safe in these times. Please be assured that we are adhering to all safety measures with regards to helping stop the spread of Coronavirus. Please also be aware that due to the current situation we cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive within the normal time frame. Reserving Items

We have very limited storage space in the shop so please be mindful of that when asking us to put an item by for you. We are able to hold a reserved item for 24 hours only. If the reserved item is not collected and paid for within those 24 hours they will be returned to the shop floor.


We value our customers privacy. Any personal information given is not stored for any other purpose than for the duration of the order process, and will not be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise stated by you, or if you have signed up for our email newsletter. We will not share any personal details you have given with any external parties.


No returns can be accepted without a proof of purchase or receipt. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged item to us, you have 14 days from the date of purchase in which to do so. We will happily issue a full refund or exchange within this timeframe. Please get in touch with us and we will arrange. We are happy to cover the cost of postage to return a faulty or damaged item, providing you include a copy of the postage receipt in the package. No postage receipt, no reimbursement. If you wish to return an unwanted item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it to us, at cost to you for either an exchange or a refund. Once the item has been received and we are happy that it’s in the same new condition as when it was purchased, we will organise a refund for the item, or an exchange, within 7 working days from receiving the item. We are happy to cover the cost of postage out on an exchange item if you have covered the cost of returning the original item to us. Please enclose a copy of the receipt with all returns. In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy. We suggest keeping a proof of postage for any returns. Sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased in store. Each card is unique to the customer with a unique bar code for use at checkout. For use in store only. Cannot be exchanged for cash sum. Cannot be returned or refunded.

Loyalty Cards

Guluzar Lifestyle: Fashion & Home Loyalty Cards launch on 12th April 2021, until further notice.

One stamp awarded for every £30 spent in a single transaction. Collect 5 stamps to receive 10% off your next purchase. Loyalty cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Loyalty cards are not valid against the purchase of gift cards or vouchers. All sale promotions are excluded. Stamps are only awarded for transactions on full price items. Stamps can be collected on purchases in store or at events. Stamps are also awarded for online purchases. Stamps for online purchases must be claimed in store within 1 month of the order date. Simply bring your order receipt in store with your loyalty card to receive your stamps. Stamps are non transferrable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other card or offer. Guluzar will not accept liability for lost or stolen loyalty cards but damaged cards may be replaced at our discretion. Guluzar reserves the right to amend our Guluzar Lifestyle: Fashion & Home Loyalty Cards Terms & Conditions at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if it is deemed necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights. Guluzar reserves the right to cancel a Guluzar Lifestyle: Fashion & Home Loyalty Card, where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected, or where Guluzar suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions or abuse of the scheme, or any behaviour relating to the scheme that involves theft, misconduct, offensive or misleading behaviour. Guluzar reserves the right to refuse to accept a Guluzar Lifestyle: Fashion & Home Loyalty Card, where it reasonably suspects that the Guluzar Lifestyle: Fashion & Home Loyalty Card may have been stolen, tampered with, duplicated or obtained in another illegal way. Guluzar reserves the right to refuse to accept a Guluzar Lifestyle: Fashion & Home Loyalty Card, where it has or appears to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with. Guluzar reserves the right to withdraw the Guluzar Lifestyle: Fashion & Home Loyalty Card scheme at any time without prior notice. By agreeing to accept a Guluzar Lifestyle: Fashion & Home Loyalty Card, you are accepting of and will be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


Payments can be securely made on this website, using your card via PayPal. Please see the logo’s below for the card types we are able to accept.

The Eco Bit

We recycle and reuse all our packaging as much as possible, so if you find your items are wrapped in tissue paper or bubble wrap that isn’t pristine, perhaps a few creases in it, but is still perfectly good (and definitely clean!), it’s because it was used to send our lovely products to us and we’re re-using it instead of throwing it away. We are using fully compostable, recyclable and degradable cello wrap or wax paper for our spa collection products. We are also using sustainable and recyclable paper bags and fully degradable plastic carrier bags where possible, and we are moving to 100% recycled and recyclable mail bags – so you can re-use or recycle them after use! We do legally have to charge for our plastic bags, just 10p each. They are ideal to be reused again and again as they are super strong and once you are finished with them, you can either recycle with your other carriers bags, add them to your composter or dispose of them sensibly and they will naturally degrade.

COVID Measures

We, the Guluzar Lifestyle team, along with many other businesses have decided to keep our social distancing measures in place from Monday 19th July, to continue keeping our staff and customers safe for the time being. We ask that you please respect our decision, use hand sanitiser, continue to wear your masks and adhere to our 4 customers at a time in our little shop. Some people are still not fully vaccinated, are perhaps looking after someone vulnerable or are key workers. It’s about protecting ourselves and those around us.
