We deliver to mainland UK using Royal Mail standard 1st class delivery for orders under the value of £20. For orders over the value of £20 we use Royal Mail UK Signed For service. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Orders have a 3-7 working day turnaround. We accept no responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address so please ensure you have given us the correct postal details. It is wise to supply us with a contact email or telephone number, as a point of contact with you. All personal details are not stored for any other purpose than for the duration of the order process, and will not be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise stated by you.

No returns can be accepted without a proof of purchase or receipt.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged item to us, you have 28 days in which to do so. We will happily issue a full refund or exchange within this timeframe. Please get in touch with us and we will arrange.
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you have 14 days to return it to us, at cost to you for either an exchange or a refund. Once the item has been received and we are happy that it's in the same new condition as when it was purchased, we will organise a refund within 7 working days, or an exchange. We are happy to cover the cost of postage on an exchange item if you have covered the cost of returning the original item to us.
In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy.
