We deliver to mainland UK using either Royal Mail first/second class signed for post (for smaller packages) or for larger parcels we use My Hermes signed for service. All packages are priced according to weight of items included. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Orders have a 3-7 working day turnaround. We accept no responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address so please ensure you have given us the correct postal details. Please supply us with a contact email or telephone number, as a point of contact with you. All personal details are not stored for any other purpose than for the duration of the order process, and will not be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise stated by you. If you have any special delivery notes please let us know to help us deliver your parcel.
Don't forget you can order a gift online to be posted direct to your loved one. Just enter the shipping address of where you would like it to be sent along with the name of the receiver at checkout. Please do let us know if your order is a gift so that we can ensure no order details or prices are included.
Shipping During COVID-19 Pandemic
From the Guluzar team, we hope you are all keeping well and safe in these times. Please be assured that we are adhering to all safety measures with regards to helping stop the spread of Coronavirus. Please also be aware that due to the current situation we cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive within the normal time frame as we are currently only posting out once a week. You can choose to collect your item from our shop in Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire. Simply select the 'pickup' option at checkout and you will be able to collect your items from our shop, Guluzar Lifestyle: Fashion & Home, 165 High Street, Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire, PO13 9BX. You will have 7 days in which to collect your items after purchasing online. If you are unable to make the 7 days, please do let us know. Please bring your e-receipt with you to confirm your identity on collection.
If you are unable to make collection during the 7 days and do not notify us, the items will be refunded and returned to the inventory for re-sale.
1. Put all your Guluzar goodies in the basket as you would to buy online.
2. When you’re ready, proceed with the checkout process as usual.
3. When you get to the ‘choose shipping’ window at checkout simply change your preference from postage to ‘collect from Lee-on-the-Solent’ - that means to collect from the shop at Guluzar Lifestyle: Fashion & Home, 165 High Street, Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire, PO13 9BX.
4. Complete the checkout process. You will then be contacted via email with times available for collection.
5. There is no booking system. I will be in the shop for allotted times for collections, which you will be notified of after checkout.
6. All social distance guidelines will be adhered to. Unfortunately you will not be allowed in to the shop to browse but we are very happy to show you a product at the door and can take contactless payment there, should you wish to purchase anything else.

No returns can be accepted without a proof of purchase or receipt.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged item to us, you have 14 days from the date of purchase in which to do so. We will happily issue a full refund or exchange within this timeframe. Please get in touch with us and we will arrange. We are happy to cover the cost of postage to return a faulty or damaged item, providing you include a copy of the postage receipt in the package. No postage receipt, no reimbursement.
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it to us, at cost to you for either an exchange or a refund. Once the item has been received and we are happy that it's in the same new condition as when it was purchased, we will organise a refund for the item, or an exchange, within 7 working days from receiving the item. We are happy to cover the cost of postage out on an exchange item if you have covered the cost of returning the original item to us.
Please enclose a copy of the receipt with all returns.
In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy.
We suggest keeping a proof of postage for any returns.
Gift cards can be bought online or in store. If purchased online your gift card will be posted to you. Each card is unique to the customer with a unique code/bar code for use at checkout. For use online or in store only. Cannot be exchanged for cash sum. Cannot be returned or refunded.

The Eco Bit
We recycle and reuse all our packaging as much as possible, so if you find your items are wrapped in tissue paper or bubble wrap that isn't pristine, perhaps a few creases in it, but is still perfectly good (and definitely clean!), it's because it was used to send our lovely products to us and we're re-using it instead of throwing it away. We are also using sustainable and recyclable paper wrapping and degradable carrier bags where possible, and we are moving to 100% recycled and recyclable mail bags - so you can re-use or recycle them after use!
